Experience:
Professional Training relevant to the role shall be an added advantage.
Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in virtual platforms, Microsoft Office products, and Teams and/or Zoom.
Database management experience and proficiency in the use of Excel, specifically.
Excellent communication skills and listening skills, specifically, including diplomacy and tact.
Ability to think independently and problem-solve;
Ability to interpret figures;
Strong organizational skills, reading and understanding timelines, and the ability to multitask.

Ability to travel to working locations is up to 10% of the time per year.
Principal Responsibilities
Designing and implementing SBC initiatives:
Lead the development of SBC strategies, interventions, and communication materials tailored to Physical & Mental Wellbeing, Asset Creation and Productive Learning, and target audiences/shareholders.
Developing and adapting SBC approaches:
Adapts and refines SBC strategies based on evidence, research findings, and best practices to ensure effectiveness and relevance. Identify the factors that are most relevant to priority behaviors, leveraging local data, social and behavior change theories like the COM-B Model, and the Social-Ecological Model.
Providing technical assistance:
Provides guidance and support to Area Programs, flourishing leads to integrating SBC principles into their programs and policies. S/he also oversees the implementation of SBC programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to ethical standards.
Conducting research and analysis:
Lead research and innovation initiatives to understand social and behavioral factors influencing desired outcomes and to assess the impact of SBC and gender mainstreaming interventions.
Building capacity of partners:
Design and implement training programs and workshops to build the capacity of Staff, community leaders, and other stakeholders in SBC and Gender principles and practices.
Advocating for SBC integration:
Advocate for the integration of SBC and Gender principles into programs to ensure sustainability and scale-up. S/he collaborates with Govt. departments for synergy and the presence of FHB.
Monitoring and evaluation:
Work closely with MERL team to develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress, assess impact, and identify areas for improvement.
