- Should have through Knowledge about Agriculture Financing, NGO Financing and Policy of Bangladesh Bank.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare, review & correction of proposals related to Agriculture Finance.
- Assist in Follow up with the branches to ensure achievement of OBPLC Agri/Rural Loan Disbursement Target as set by Bangladesh Bank.
- Keep and Update database of Agricultural Loan.
- Preparation and submission of report to Bangladesh Bank regarding Agriculture Finance.
- Maintain MIS for Agriculture Finance and update the same time to time.
