∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Islamic Studies/Arabic, Business Administration/ Banking and Finance / Marketing / Management /Economics / any other disciplines from any reputed University approved by the UGC.

∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant desk/field preferably in reputed Islami Banking Organization.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Islami Sariah principle, Islami jurisprudence & Islami Deposit & Investment modes and products.
∎ Should have know how on AAOIFI’s & IFSB Shariah Standards on various Islami Investment & Deposit Products.
∎ Strong analytical and Decision making skill with clear understanding of financial statement.
∎ Must have experience and adequate knowledge in SME, Retail finance, Credit/Investment risk factors, policy and guideline, industry and market dynamics.
∎ In-depth knowledge about RMG/Textile/Pharmaceuticals business and its risk assessment.
∎ Decision making quality for selecting good Investment client.
∎ Perform and achieve Business target under stressed situation.
∎ Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
∎ Capable to work as a team player.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procure new Investment client for the Branch.
∎ Maintain sound relationship with clients through frequent visits and provide extraordinary customer services.
∎ Initiate, monitor and ensure smooth completion of pre and post Investment disbursement process.
∎ Assess investment application and investment worthiness of prospective clients through various financial tools.
∎ Prepare Investment Proposals/Memos for submitting to competent approval authority ensuring compliance with necessary guidelines, rules and regulations and applicable investment norms of the Bank.
∎ Follow-up and maintain tracking on client financial performance, Audit compliance, and self-identified investment risk issues to ensure satisfactory closure.
∎ Ensure investment approval as per Banks policy and process.
∎ Ensure proper documentation process for both pre and post approval of an investment proposal and meet audit compliance.
∎ Escalate any client related issues to line manager for prompt solution.
∎ Perform all other interdepartmental duties as assigned by the Management.
∎ Provide professional services for a wide range of Islami Banking related products to address customers’ different services and financial needs.
∎ Timely submission of various reports with accuracy.
∎ Create a working environment where customer can get best attention and quality services.
∎ Provide banking services in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank.
∎ Ensure compliances of Regulatory requirements and operational guidelines of the Bank in day to day operations.
∎ Ensure compliance of Shariah Rules, Guidelines, Circulars, Instructions of Bangladesh Bank, other Regulatory Authorities and CHQ.
∎ Perform any other job as and when assigned by the Branch & Head Office Management.
