Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• The incumbent should possess Bachelor and master’s degree in agriculture diploma.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 32 years
• Only Male

Working Experience

• Cash policy requires 5 years of experience in fertilizer and pesticide.

• Also flashers can apply.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong technical knowledge in reporting through online-based management information system;

• Must have bike license & driving experience have.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Age Limit

• Maximum 5 years of age on the last date of application.

Duration

The employee will initially be hired as soon as, with the possibility of extending the next month.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The ‘territory sales Officer’ will work under the company rules & regulation, duties and responsibilities, which are essential but not limited to:

• Monitoring, Data Collection and Record Keeping

• Meeting potential customers through field visits.

• Farmer level meetings, spot meetings and projector meetings

• Constantly improving the market situation and discussing promotional activities and utilizing social media for promotions.

• Preparing and completing action plans, improving and implementing customer service standards, and identifying potential solutions to problems.

• Develop and maintain sustainable trade relationship with trade.

• Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 15000/- (negotiable)
