Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors with a major in Marketing/Finance from UGC-approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary support to B2B organization by performing activation of products and generating different sorts of analysis & reporting to the stakeholders as required by the Support Manager
∎ Assess the product demand and communicate to supply chain management and supervise stock replenishment and set credit limit and settlement schedule and monitor timely credit realization
∎ Obtain usage data from IT and POS as and when required as per Support Manager's directives
∎ Manage B2B reporting databases and update as required and prepare various activity reports on a regular basis and share with stakeholders
∎ Develop own work area by knowledge gaining on new methodologies to the existing process to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations
∎ Forecast and plan departmental vehicle requirements upon business need and ensure availability of vehicles for operation
∎ Prepare all necessary documents related to expenditures/petty cash
∎ Scrutinize all submitted documents for SIM activations

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel & MS Power Point
∎ Basic knowledge on computer skills
∎ Comprehensive communication skills
∎ General understanding of report preparation
∎ Basic knowledge of SME operations
