Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
This role is execution-focused — you will plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and measurable business growth.

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search visibility
Monitor rankings, traffic, and technical SEO issues using analytics tools
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Search & Display)
Manage budgets, bids, ad copies, and landing page alignment
Track conversions and continuously improve ROI
Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and schedule content aligned with brand and campaign goals
Run paid social campaigns and analyze performance metrics
Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns and automation flows
Segment audiences and improve open, click, and conversion rates
Maintain email hygiene and ensure compliance with best practices
Build and optimize lead generation funnels
Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
Collaborate with sales or management to improve lead quality
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing & Lead Generation
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of KPIs, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Good communication and basic content-writing skills
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Agency or performance marketing background
