Job Summary

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
This role is execution-focused — you will plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization

  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search visibility

  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and technical SEO issues using analytics tools

🔹 Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Search & Display)

  • Manage budgets, bids, ad copies, and landing page alignment

  • Track conversions and continuously improve ROI

🔹 Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create and schedule content aligned with brand and campaign goals

  • Run paid social campaigns and analyze performance metrics

🔹 Email Marketing

  • Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns and automation flows

  • Segment audiences and improve open, click, and conversion rates

  • Maintain email hygiene and ensure compliance with best practices

🔹 Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels

  • Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance

  • Collaborate with sales or management to improve lead quality


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

  • Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

  • Strong understanding of KPIs, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking

  • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions

  • Good communication and basic content-writing skills


Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools

  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing

  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  • Agency or performance marketing background
