Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphic Artist with strong graphic design fundamentals and expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
This role requires someone who can translate ideas into engaging motion visuals, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality assets for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create high-quality motion graphics for social media, ads, websites, and video content

• Animate logos, typography, icons, and illustrations

• Develop explainer videos, promotional animations, and short-form content

• Apply motion principles such as timing, easing, and visual hierarchy

🔹 Graphic Design Support

• Design static creatives when required (social posts, banners, thumbnails)

• Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets

• Prepare design assets for animation and production

🔹 Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, content, and video teams

• Interpret creative briefs and convert them into motion concepts

• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality standards

🔹 Technical Execution

• Prepare and export files for different platforms and resolutions

• Organize project files, assets, and version control

• Optimize animations for performance and platform requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Motion Graphics or Visual Design

• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color)

• Ability to create animations from concept to final delivery

• Good sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual flow

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender)

• Experience with video editing and sound synchronization

• Knowledge of brand systems and creative guidelines

• Agency or digital marketing background
