Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor's degree in DVM / Animal Husbandry/ Food Technology/ Food Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan/schedule, analyze down time and adjust extra schedules if needed to ensure achievement of production target.
∎ Evaluate, plan, and enforce the food handling and processing procedure to determine best quality and safe food in compliance with hygiene standards.
∎ Arrange all support to maintain Scalding Temperature (CCP-1) & Chilling Temperature (CCP-2) of products.
∎ Implement standard personal hygiene procedure and guide all staffs in production floor to ensure food safety and personal hygiene.
∎ Assist to evaluate and implement the factory safety structure to reduce loss time accident (LTA) and first aid injury case in Slaughtering plant.
∎ Review and adjust production schedules for emergency crisis period or any technical challenges by using minimum manpower and resources.
∎ Prepare budget in relation to production process, Civil work for extension program, maintenance of equipments and raw materials of slaughtering plant.
∎ Prepare all kinds of production summary reports daily for further study and identify scope of redesign and re-engineering of process/system to reduce cost and improve productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience of running a Slaughter Houses.
∎ Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
∎ Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate people.
