Education:

Strong experience in site supervision and subcontractor management
Good understanding of road construction processes
Ability to understand basic drawings and site instructions
Good leadership and communication skills

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:

Experience in LGRD projects will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings
Familiarity with site measurement and supervision work
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day road construction work on site
Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure proper work execution
Assist Site Engineer in managing overall site operations
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Oversee BC Road, R.C.C Road, and R.C.C Culvert works
Maintain discipline, safety, and work quality on site
Track daily work progress and report to Site Engineer/Project Manager
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
Identify on-site issues and coordinate for timely solutions
Maintain communication between workers, subcontractors, and management
