• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience 5-8 years for BSc and 8-12 years for Diploma candidates

Must have the following skills:·        

• Roads & Highway, Bridges, drainage, building construction, works etc. structural design skill is required·        
• Cost Analysis as per BOQ·        
• E-Tendering knowledge·        
• Auto Cad (2D & 3D), Power Point presentation etc.·        
• Drawing / Design skilled.

• Will be responsible for all type of building construction, road, bridge, drain, walkway & all type of civil construction.·       
•  Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.·        
• Estimate from design with BOQ.·        
• Prepare the general conditions budget.·        
• Expedite all works drawing and approvals.·        
• Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.·        
• Issue Monthly progress draws and invoicing to Consultant and client including Final holdbacks.·        
• Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.·        
• Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.·        
• Ensure that as-built drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close-outs to Consultant/Client accordingly.·        
• To prepare and to verify the measurement book for the whole project·        
• Vast knowledge about BOQ to construction works.·        
• Worked as Head of the Projects Operations team to complete oversight for successful of assigned projects to meet corporate goals for safety, quality, budget, & schedule in accordance with project terms & conditions.·        
• Must experience for cost analysis as per BOQ e-gp tendering knowledge shall be preferred·       
• Must have sufficient knowledge on office administration and complete planning/management procedures relating to engineering projects·        
• Capable to make Feasibility study/reports, details projects reports, cost analysis of the construction projects like road, bridge, building.·        
• Responsible to complete Project works within the Schedule time.·        
• Project-wise monitoring of profit, loss and expenses of the company.·        
• Required experience to prepare Work Schedule for the materials necessary to complete a specific Project well ahead of commencement of the Project and ensure adequate monitoring system for timely work accomplishment.
