Responsibilities & Context:
· Dispense medicines accurately and maintain a high standard of customer service.
· Ensure shelves are kept clean, organized, and properly arranged at all times.
· Assist the pharmacist with daily operational activities, including billing and updating stock records.
· Respond to customer inquiries politely and provide appropriate guidance.
· Check product expiry dates regularly and update shelves accordingly.
· Follow company rules and regulations, meet daily targets, and complete all reporting tasks as required.
