• Must have a good understanding of construction drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), leveling, and layout.

• Proficiency in site management and strong leadership skills.

• Must be hardworking, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.

• Must be interested in working in Rangpur.

Job Responsibilities:

I . Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Daily site supervision and inspection to monitor work progress.
• Confirming adherence to construction specifications and safety standards.
• Verifying and ensuring the quality of all materials (e.g., rebar, cement, bricks, sand) received and used at the site.
• Assuring the quality of all erection/construction works.

II. Execution & Technical Management

• Maintaining standards for building plans, drawings, and layouts.
• Ensuring the correct execution of all civil works, including:
  • Site preparation (ground leveling, soil testing).
  • Foundation work (formwork, concrete foundation).
  • Major construction (slab casting, pillars, brickwork).
  • Retrofitting.
• Overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of large construction projects.
• Special knowledge and capability in finishing work and material handling.
• III. Planning, Documentation & Reporting
• Planning construction works and overseeing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Preparing daily Site Diary and Progress Reports.
• Preparing estimates, checking material requisition lists, and managing stock control.
• Checking received materials.
• Reporting to project coordinators and communicating with the head office regarding implementation works.
• IV. Coordination & Safety
• Effective coordination with contractors, masons/workers, suppliers, and laborers.
• Enforcing work according to safety regulations.
• Performing any other jobs assigned by the management.
