• Must have computer knowledge on MS Word

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Good communication skill.

• Excellent communication skills (polite, clear, confident)

• Strong listening ability

• Natural problem-solving attitude

• Ability to stay calm even with difficult clients

• Honesty, discipline & time management

• Basic smartphone/computer literacy

• Respect for Islamic values, ethics & professionalism

• Customer-first mindset

• Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• WhatsApp Business tools

• Google Sheet / Excel

• Basic use of CRM

• Experience in customer service/sales (optional but preferred)

Position: Customer Relationship Agent

Main Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients through call, WhatsApp & Messenger

• Maintain strong and respectful communication

• Follow up with leads professionally

• Present project details clearly & confidently

• Build trust and long-term relationships

• Maintain CRM/Lead sheet accurately

• Understand customer needs and guide them properly

• Support clients before and after booking

• Work closely with the Sales Team
