Job Description / Responsibility

• Capability of full understanding of interior and construction work.

• Capability of full understanding of architectural plan & structural design.

• Ensure work done of site as per design & drawing.

• Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by management.

• Estimating of works quantities from drawings and preparing material and cost estimation of projects at any level of work.

• Able to prepare of work plan, monitoring works assignment of company personnel and contractors.

• Coordinate between Site, Project Manager, and Head of constructions of Head office for smooth execution of project works.

• Ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.

• Arranging to send all contractor’s bills to Head office by actual measurement of project.

• Monitoring and controlling of material quantities, qualities, etc.

• Reporting to Head Office on project implementation progress of construction by Daily/weekly/monthly.
