Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day construction work at the site and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor and ensure the proper execution of civil, structural, and finishing works as per designed
Ensure materials workmanship and used are as per design specifications.
Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and labor to prevent wastage.
Submit purchase requestion and demand note aligning with Work Schedule.
Coordinate timely availability of materials and drawings to ensure uninterrupted work.
Reporting to SBGHQ
