Responsibilities & Context:
As a Site Engineer, you will be an integral part of our construction team, working on diverse infrastructure and building projects.
Our projects range from residential and commercial buildings to specialized foundation work, providing exposure to various construction methodologies and modern engineering practices in a dynamic field environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Site Management & Supervision:
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Supervise construction crews and coordinate with subcontractors
- Monitor material quality, usage, and inventory management
- Implement and maintain safety protocols at construction sites
Technical & Quality Control:
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of materials and workmanship
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain comprehensive site records
- Document construction activities through photographs and written reports
- Track project milestones and communicate status to project management
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment usage
Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members
- Participate in project meetings and technical discussions
