Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any BTEB Approved Institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of Architectural & Structural Drawing, BOQ of Civil work
∎ To supervise construction works as per Drawing & Design
∎ To ensure erection/construction work as per Drawing & Design
∎ Assuring quality of erection/construction works
∎ Managing the site labor, Supervisor & Contractor
∎ Proper Communication with head office regarding implementation works
∎ Timely Reporting to project coordinators
∎ Checking the received material’s Quality & Quantity
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up accordingly
∎ To ensure the project inventory
∎ Monitoring, Controlling & Coordinate with concerned person regarding safety and compliance issues of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Internal: Coordination and liaison with all department of the company
∎ External: Various vendors related to Project implementation
∎ Additional Skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Auto CAD
