Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in BSc in any discipline or Diploma in fisheries
∎ The candidate should have BSc in any discipline or Diploma in fisheries or MSc in any department of Biological Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, supervise and ensure implementation of the EU-Organic and NL (Naturland) regulations in hatchery. Work in co-operation with the hatchery manager and technician and reporting accordingly.
∎ Stay in the hatchery during entire production period and to monitor the activities of the entire process and procedures including but not limited to use of organic feed, cleaning and disinfection of the tanks and other activities of organic PL (Post Larvae) production.
∎ Ensure proper packing and secure sealing of the organic post larvae (PL) boxes in the hatchery.
∎ Manage and co-ordinate PL delivery and distribution to the farmers during every PL production and delivery cycle.
∎ Collect feedback about PL quality from farmers through field team.
∎ Participate in the preparation for the annual certification of the hatcheries
