Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Master of Science (MSc) in Biological Science, preferably Aquaculture Zoology Fisheries Marine Science.
∎ Master of Science (M.Sc) in Biological Science, preferably Aquaculture Zoology Fisheries Marine Science.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Fisheries sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fisheries, Shrimp

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with field team to collect information about organic post larvae (PL) demand. Distribute and document PL demand sheet.
∎ Communicate with hatchery management to get up-to-date information about the activities
∎ If necessary, stay in the hatchery during production period. Co-ordinate with hatchery to ensure proper documentation regarding PL production and feed.
∎ Communicate with hatchery team about selling price of PL, accordingly send message to field team informing PL price through field team in every PL cycle.
∎ Manage and co-ordinate PL packing, delivery and distribution to the farmers during every PL production and delivery cycle.
∎ Ensure transport and delivery of PL boxes to farmers.
∎ Collect feedback about PL quality from farmers through field team.
∎ Communicate with hatchery team in case of any objection regarding PL quality, packing or PL number per pack.
∎ Collect PL price from farmer as per set rules of company.
∎ Communicate with field team to collect information about raw material (shrimp) price and market situation.
∎ Support the filed team to collect/ purchase raw material (shrimp) as per demand of company
∎ Coordinate and monitor the activities of field team
∎ Participate in the preparation for the annual certification of the hatcheries
∎ Conduct farmer training

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have work experience of at least 2 years in relevant field.
∎ Candidates having experiences in aquaculture, supply chain management will be given preference.
∎ Experience in shrimp fry production and marketing will be counted as added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
