∎ Oversee daily operations of the shrimp farm, including nursery and grow-out ponds.Ensure the optimal management of water quality through continuous monitoring and appropriate adjustments to maintain ideal growing conditions.Implement feeding schedules and feeding protocols to maximize shrimp growth, minimize feed waste, and optimize farm production.Ensure effective pond and culture management to maximize the efficiency of semi-intensive shrimp production.

ATI seeks to strengthen its team with an experienced and highly skilled Shrimp Farming and Nursing Technician to oversee shrimp culture, nursing, and farm management.

∎ The Shrimp Farming and Nursing Technician (International) will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing activities related to shrimp nursing, grow-out operations, and biosecurity management at ATI’s semi-intensive shrimp farm. The Technician will report directly to the ATI Management and work closely with local teams to enhance the farm's operational excellence.
