Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance.
∎ Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
∎ Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered.
∎ Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
∎ Prepare sales invoices, manage cash register operations, and handle customer payments.
∎ Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and product replenishment.
∎ Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
