∎ A higher secondary certificate (HSC) or higher.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Experience: At least 1/2 years of sales experience in a retail store or boutique.
∎ Language skills: The ability to speak English and Bangla fluently.
∎ Height: A minimum height of 5.6 feet for men.
∎ Smart NID card: A valid Smart NID card .
∎ Opening the shop on time: The ability to open the shop on time.
∎ Customer presentation: The ability to present products and guide customers.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer service: Assisting customers with product inquiries, answering questions, and handling complaints.
∎ Sales transactions: Handling sales transactions and processing payments.
∎ Showroom appearance: Maintaining the showroom's appearance.
∎ Product demonstrations: Demonstrating products to customers.
∎ Client relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Sales targets: Generating revenue by acquiring new clients and cultivating existing relationships.
∎ Negotiating and closing deals: Negotiating with prospective clients to arrive at mutually advantageous agreements.
∎ Sales strategies: Working closely with marketing to develop and execute effective strategies.
