Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Branch/Showroom Manager to manage daily showroom operations along with accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth billing, accurate record-keeping, inventory control, and overall showroom management using POS software.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily billing, invoicing, and sales transactions through POS software

  • Maintain accurate accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments

  • Manage daily cash transactions, cash balancing, and reconciliation

  • Maintain and update day book regularly with all financial entries

  • Monitor and manage showroom inventory, including stock entry, adjustment, and reporting

  • Ensure proper stock control to prevent shortages, overstocking, or discrepancies

  • Coordinate banking activities such as cash deposits, withdrawals, and transaction tracking

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports

  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for internal control and audit purposes

  • Supervise showroom staff and ensure discipline, efficiency, and professional behavior

  • Oversee overall showroom operations including cleanliness, display, and customer service

  • Support sales team to achieve showroom targets and improve customer experience

  • Identify operational or financial issues and take proactive steps to resolve them

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of POS system and related tools

  • Report directly to management with updates on showroom performance and issues
