Job Context:
∎ This position is followed by a good customer relationship and Outlet management. Proper time management and smart attitude is required. A good communication skill is mandatory.
∎ Workplace: Showroom.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily cash and bill
∎ Maintain sales and remittance
∎ Maintain stock manually and also in software
∎ To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Provide support with sales Executive as and when required.
∎ Keep cleaning the store with the sale executives.
∎ Managing the sales team and keep follow up their performance regarding sales target.
∎ Maintain software bill system to the customer.
∎ Maintain monthly stock, bills and cash
∎ Monitoring the performance and achieve target Business of the company.
∎ Provide direction, motivation, Training and develop the sales team to ensure performance and sales target.
∎ Keep update with POS machine system
∎ Computer knowledge, specifically on MS office and MS Excel applications and different type's software base work
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
∎ Attentive manner towards detailed requirements is essential.
∎ Good working attitude, Honest and responsible
∎ Managing customer complain and provide solution
∎ Keep safety and security of the outlet
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Friendly and comfortable working environment.
∎ Working Hours: 10am to 8pm (as per shopping mall policy).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Footwear showroom.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Leather industry
∎ BRAC, NSU, IUB, AIUB students will get priority.
∎ Candidates who have experience in Footwear showroom and Leather industry will get priority.
∎ Must be good looking smart enough and energetic.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
∎ Must be fluent in Bangla is mandatory and English is an optional.
∎ Capable to handle independently.
∎ Reliable, independent, honest, proactive.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good time management skills.
