Experience Requirements:

Chemical Industries, Paint
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures.
∎ Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
∎ Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Provide product information, answer inquiries, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
∎ Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
∎ Develop a deep understanding of the company's paint products, including features, benefits, and applications.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets for the showroom.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
∎ Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels in the showroom.
∎ Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
∎ Plan and execute attractive visual merchandising displays to showcase products effectively.
∎ Ensure that promotional materials and product information are well-presented.
∎ Supervise and train showroom staff, providing guidance on customer service and product knowledge.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training as needed.
∎ Prepare regular reports on showroom sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
