∎ ACI Motors is looking for competent candidates for Showroom Executive position at Comilla Showroom of ACI Motors.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time delivery of Products as per order.
∎ Store product and delivered with proper documentation.
∎ Arrange transportation for supply of products when required.
∎ Keep proper communication and other lease with suppliers.
∎ Provide necessary support to Sales team for product distribution process.
∎ Arrange necessary repairing and maintenance support for stocked product.
∎ Prepare reports as required by Superior/HQ.
∎ Documentation of all necessary papers.
∎ Ensure VAT related documentations and activities.
∎ Run Showroom operations smoothly and keep the showroom neat and clean.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 years of experience in showroom management.
∎ Sound communication skills.
∎ Basic knowledge on computers.
Salary: Negotiable
