Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidate should be Masters in Commerce/ MBA (Major in Marketing)/ Any Subject from repute Institutions with good computer knowledge
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDM
∎ Training/Trade Course: sales and marketing
∎ Skills Required: Corporate sales and Marketing, Brand Promotion, Computer skill, Direct Sales, Distribution Sales, Marketing and Sales
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All respobility to manage a ceramic tableware shaow room in Dhaka city.
∎ Competent in corresponding with the Local Buyers & order execution
∎ Knowledge in Local marketing in the relevant field will be given preference
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitoring market activities.
∎ Follow up all the local sales and promotional activities.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products.
∎ Assist the team members to formulate operational team strategy to achieve objectives.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ Preparing reports regarding sales and others in the end of every working day.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
∎ Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
∎ Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
∎ Manage relationships and service quality & standards
∎ Provide inputs with the strategic knowledge of country market environment and customer needs to facilitate principal marketing team to formulate their marketing programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and oral communication (both in English and Bengali) and organizational skills.
∎ Minimum experience in similar position or equivalent is 15 years
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Highly energetic and ambitious candidates are especially encouraged to apply
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Attractive remuneration will be offered to the selected candidates.
Salary: Negotiable
