∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the sales and day to day administration work of that particular outlet.
∎ Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
∎ Guiding and motivating sales people properly to achieved monthly and daily sales targets.
∎ Shop Manager will be responsible for all the transactions (products, financial and others) of a particular outlet.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly.
∎ Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
∎ Respond to customer complaints and comments
∎ Stay update about the present Mobile Market, competitors and their offerings.
∎ Keep record & proper knowledge about all the products sold in the outlet.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Handle proper accounting cash & bank.
∎ Time to time report to the management.
∎ Mentality prepare to work extended hours (Long time).
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and smoothly operation of retail outlet.
∎ Mentality prepare to work outside the Dhaka City.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Mobile and mobile accessories.
∎ Must have a proven record in the Sales and Marketing.
∎ Ability to meet sales monthly and annual targets and goals
∎ Must have great communication skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English is a must.
