• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor / Honors

• Chinese Language Proficiency will be an added advantage

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age 28 to 38 years
• Only Male

• Must be willing to work both day and night shifts

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Footwear

• Leading and managing production teams, including supervisors, operators, and others supporting staff.

• Ensuring production targets are met efficiently.

• Managing and allocating resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth production operations while optimizing costs.

• Implementing and maintaining quality standards to ensure that products meet the required specifications and quality standards.

• Identifying and resolving production issues and challenges that may arise during the production process, such as equipment breakdowns or quality issues.

• Continuously improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.

• Facilitating communication and coordination between different departments involved in the production process.

• Worked in Chinese factory and Chinese Language knows and understands.

• Working experience in footwear industry will be preferred
