Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set Daily/Weekly/Monthly production objectives and communicate with employees.
∎ organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
∎ Assessing production and resource requirements
∎ Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule of regular maintenance.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Selecting, ordering for purchasing materials.
∎ Submit reports on performance and progress of production.
∎ Train newly hired operator/helper on how to safely use of machinery and follow procedure
∎ supervising the work of junior staff
∎ organizing relevant training sessions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
∎ Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
∎ Organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated with a result driven approach
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
∎ Able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
∎ In same industry Candidate people will get preference and qualification will also be considered for them
∎
