Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of operation & maintenance works in cement mills.
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
∎ Plan and supervise production of Cement. Monitor production process and remove system losses in the production to improve efficiency.
∎ Plan for raw material and finished goods inventory.
∎ Ensure proper manpower management and production output consistency.
∎ Scheduling machines and coordinating with the teams to ensure maintenance, quality improvements, minimize wastage.
∎ Following up production versus schedule. Monitoring of operation & maintenance works in cement mills & its related equipment.
∎ Checking & calibrate of raw-materials feed belt.
∎ Prepare the daily, monthly, yearly production, raw-materials stock & Consumption, report, Delivery report & which submitted to Head of Plan.

∎ Fluent English and Bengali both verbally and in writing.
