Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible to production captive power generation and thereafter synchronizing with switch gear to supply in system
- Ability to identify faults in equipment accurately and quickly when under pressure
- Ensuring relevant maintenance parts are sourced and reported in a timely manner to minimize disruption
- Responsible to operate Sub-Station panels and functionality of all to supply power in system
- Maintain effective Health and Safety systems, including completion of risk assessments and method of operation where appropriate
- Follow up corrective actions and implement countermeasures to minimize reoccurrence of faults
- Directly accountable for day to day matters to the Facilities Manager Services
