Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carryout the overall responsibilities of shift and complete the job as per instruction of senior officer and submit the report to him. Carryout the duties of senior on his absence.
∎ Before engage the duty, handing/taking over of plant is carried out from previous shift officer and then engage the duty.
∎ Followings are to confirmed before start the Mill :
∎ i). Present shift duty personnel are present their own point or not.
∎ ii). Water supply, water tank , condition of pump, oil level and raw materials are available in the respective hopper or not.
∎ iii). All air valve/gate and stock of goods are accurate or not.
∎ Confirmed above stated requirement is available and then start the Mill.
∎ Supervise various instrument of both mill, oil level of oil station, water supply and pump are accurate
∎ or not. If required maintenance work to be done with the permission of the authority.
∎ During production of cement, confirmed raw materials of cement (including add mixture) feed belt are passing as per ratio.
∎ During shift, any maintenance is required; it is to be done immediately in consultation with respective section.
∎ During schedule maintenance, the maintenance work are carried out as soon as possible with all man power and in consultation with maintenance section.
∎ To take quick action regarding blain fineness as per the instruction of quality control section.
∎ For enhance the work skilled among the man power of shift, a target is given to them and supervise their job.
∎ During duty hour, all technicians (mechanical/electrical) under my hand are instructed relating to production.
∎ When and what ever the orders given by the authority, I carry out the same and when any mill become start or shut down I report the matter to authority.
∎ Acquire knowledge about compressors, water pump, pump at jetty and quantity of reserve water.
∎ All time communication should be established with shift in-charge (Mill Control Room) and confirm fly ash convening and others information.
∎ If required drop test and feed belt calibration to be carried out.
∎ Pay loader which is engaged with production, is controlled accordingly and confirm its cleanness with the drivers.
∎ Prevention of raw materials from wastage and become weighty.
∎ Cleanness of all working area.
∎ Additional Responsibility
∎ In absence of Sr. Engineer (Production) overall responsibilities of mill are being carried out by me.
∎ All raw materials are kept in the respective go down with the co-operation of unloading section.
∎ For quick unloading of raw materials, extend pay loader support including others as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy must be needed.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
