6–10 years of experience in woven shirt production, preferably in a deputy manager or manager role.
Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, woven fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sewing/production team.
Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and coordination skills.
Experience with export-oriented production and international buyer compliance is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Sewing Production Deputy Manager / Manager to lead and manage the sewing operations for woven tops (shirts). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain high-quality standards, and achieve production targets in an export-oriented environment.
Supervise and manage sewing operations for woven shirts, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
Lead, train, and motivate the sewing team to achieve production targets efficiently.
Monitor stitching, assembly, and finishing processes to ensure compliance with quality and buyer standards.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Coordinate with Merchandising, QA, and Technical teams for seamless production execution.
Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analysis for senior management.
