∎ Skills Required: AC/ TV/ Refrgerator Repairing, Electrical Electronics, Refrigeration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical/ Electronics, LED TV, Refrigerator and Aircondion
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, monitoring, and overseeing the Samsung service team (In-house and ASP) to ensure proper and quality/standard customer service.
∎ Communicate with the customer after receiving the job ID, assign the job to the technician, and after finishing a job send feedback to GSPN with proper documents.
∎ Training with ASP and in-house technicians regarding Samsung product installation and service.
∎ ASP bill checking and disbursement.
∎ Analyzing service data and submitting reports to the Head of Service and others department.
∎ Critical customer management and make solution as per company policy.
∎ Cooperation with retail/dealer department for the improvement of quality service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival Bonus 75% of Gross Salary (Pro-Rated Basis)
