  • Age 20 to 32 years
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service /Sales executive in consulting Agency.
  • Excellent command of English and Bengali (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Canva etc., and knowledge of Digital marketing will be plus.
  • Experience in education consultancy or visa application process.
  • Knowledge of study abroad destinations such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia. Malaysia, Malta, etc.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide guidance and support to students/clients regarding admission, visa, and documentation processes.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with immigration consultants, educational institutions, and travel agencies.

  • Identify new business opportunities and design outreach strategies to capture new markets.

  • Generate leads through networking, digital marketing, and referrals.

  • Coordinate with clients to collect documentation, verify details, and complete applications.

  • Stay updated with visa rules and embassy requirements to improve success rates.

  • Strengthen university partnerships and negotiate better agreements.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. and Canadian visa requirements and immigration policies.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and handle escalations or complex cases professionally.

  • Respond to queries through phone, email, and social media channels.

  • Ensure smooth file/visa processing and document verification for students.

  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Liaise with international educational institutions as needed.
