Provide guidance and support to students/clients regarding admission, visa, and documentation processes
Coordinate with clients to collect documentation, verify details, and complete applications.
Stay updated with visa rules and embassy requirements to improve success rates.
Develop strategic partnerships with immigration consultants, educational institutions, and travel agencies
Respond promptly to client inquiries and handle escalations or complex cases professionally.
Respond to queries through phone, email, and social media channels
Ensure smooth file/visa processing and document verification for students.
