∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Immigration Law Consultant on various casework related to Australian school enrolment, visa, citizenship, tribunal, and other migration-related matters.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Immigration Law Consultant with client enquiries, collection of documents, drafting, data checking, preparation of visa applications
∎ Prepare Skills Assessments, Sponsorship, Nomination and Visa applications
∎ Accurately maintaining client database as per compliance standards.
∎ Meet and greet clients, as required.
∎ Liaise with clients over the phone, by email and in person, assist with their enquiries and provide updates on their applications
∎ Assist the Immigration Law Consultant with follow-up of action items
∎ Marketing support - tag clients, maintain client lists, bulk mailouts, video presentations...
∎ Reception duties as and when required
∎ Complete other assigned work.
∎ Reporting to the Immigration Law Consultant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 45 years
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferable. However, newly graduated applicants are encouraged to apply for the position.

∎ You are a determined and creative personality, with a 'can-do' attitude
∎ Ability to compile and consolidate documents, and data entry using software
∎ Must be proficient in spoken and written English
∎ Must have experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
∎ Must be available to commit to the role for the next two years
∎ Must be available to start the role ASAP
∎ Must be available to work Full time
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be determined based on the applicant`s experience and education.
