Educational Requirements:
∎ Academic and Work Experience Requirement:
∎ Graduate in Marketing, Communication or BBA from an approved and reputed University
∎ Proven track record and 2-3 years’ experience in marketing and PR, campaign management and product pricing, preferably with multi-national organizations and organizations with foreign investors.
∎ Prior experience in the Bangladesh and/or international healthcare sector or in the similar role will be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Integrated Clinical Corridor:
∎ Develop and execute Annual Plan for International Patient Services in concurrence with the stakeholders
∎ Define clear-cut approach and work plan to achieve the assigned annual targets of the hospital from ICC program segment
∎ Identify new business development opportunities with partners in potential territories for IPS business
∎ Expand the network of Healthcare Facilitators (HCFs) and develop good relations
∎ MIS and business tracking as per the standard format from all the hospitals
∎ International Patient Services (IPS):
∎ To formulate line of treatment and approximate cost for the same, in a timely manner.
∎ Where necessary either to call or conference call along with the concerned specialist to get more information and to alleviate patients anxiety and help them to make the decision to come to our center for treatment.
∎ Collect data to correlate initial history and estimate given vs. actual finding and clinical impression after arrival and the final bill.
∎ Follow-up call after discharge to evaluate understanding and proper follow-up of the discharge advice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Competencies Required:
∎ Strong commitment to integrity, ethics and good governance and be able to demonstrate leadership and drive in promoting integrity and corporate governance standards.
∎ Able to review marketing metrics for each campaign performed and offer solutions for improvement.
∎ Must have a solid understanding of market trends and take the extra time to perform in-depth research.
∎ Have the ability to look into data from economic trends, various advertising methods, population groups and provide appropriate insight and decision.
∎ In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems.
∎ Capable of dealing senior management at local and global level, stakeholders and staff with confidence, independence, authority, and assurance.
∎ Self-starter and motivated individual with a pro-active attitude, willing to get involved in all aspects of a new business with a clear mission.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively at different levels (both internally and externally).
∎ Able to handle large number of customer data with sensitivity and absolute tact and discretion.
∎ Creative thinker and data-driven decision making along with strong attention to detail with proven administrative and organizational skills.
