Green Technology is a trusted computer and office equipment sales & service provider based in Bangladesh. We specialize in supplying IT products, printers, and providing after-sales support, including maintenance, repair, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services for corporate and retail clients.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Service Engineer (Printer & Copier Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing printers, photocopiers, and related devices, ensuring smooth operation for our clients through reliable technical support and customer-focused service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide field-level technical support for a wide range of printers and photocopiers, including brands such as Canon, Toshiba, HP, Sharp, Kyocera, Epson, Ricoh, and Brother

• Handle end-to-end servicing of printers, photocopiers, and multifunction devices (MFPs)

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of various printing and copying equipment

• Assist in implementing print management solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs for clients

• Prepare accurate service estimates for repairs and maintenance

• Provide guidance and basic support to junior technicians when required

• Manage and resolve service tickets efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service updates, technical issues, and solutions

• Maintain proper service reports and keep accurate records of all service activities

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends related to printers and copiers
