Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage construction work at project sites
Execute site work according to architectural and structural drawings
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimate construction materials
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure proper workmanship and timely project completion
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
Check measurements and maintain project documentation
