Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise all civil construction activities for bridge and building projects as per LGED drawings, specifications, and tender conditions. Ensure quality work and timely completion.

2. Labor & Subcontractor Management: Recruit, manage, and coordinate skilled/unskilled labor, masons, and subcontractors. Maintain daily attendance, productivity tracking, and wage payment coordination.

3. Supply Chain & Material Management: Source and manage suppliers for rod, cement, sand, bricks, and other construction materials. Negotiate rates, place orders, monitor delivery, and control material wastage at site.

4. Measurement Book & Billing: Prepare Measurement Book MB accurately, record site measurements, and prepare running bills as per LGED format. Coordinate with JE/SAE for verification and bill submission.

5. Planning & Coordination: Develop weekly/monthly work plans to ensure on-time project execution. Coordinate with LGED engineers, consultants, and site staff for smooth workflow.

6. Design & Specification Understanding: Read and interpret structural drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. Ensure all work is executed strictly as per approved design and government standards.

7. Business Development Support: Assist management in collecting new project information, subcontractor/supplier network expansion, and site visits for upcoming tenders in Dhaka district.
