• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in mobile device repair.

• Age 22 to 34 years
• Only Male

• Working with Samsung or any other Multinational brand will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.

• Experience with diagnostic tools and software for mobile repairs.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Willingness to stay updated on the latest mobile technologies.

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues.

2. Perform tests and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and performance.

3. Provide technical support for devices, including installation, configuration, and software updates.

4. Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.

5. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

6. Document all repairs, troubleshooting steps, and service reports accurately and promptly.

7. Maintain an organized inventory of mobile repair parts, components, and tools.

8. Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, as needed.

9. Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all repair and service activities.
