Responsibilities & Context:
- Assistance in Vehicle Diagnostics: Aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and software.
- Support in Repair and Maintenance: Assist senior technicians and engineers in routine maintenance, repair tasks, and overhauls of various vehicle systems.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from tests and simulations, and assist in analyzing this data to support engineering decisions.
- Documentation: Help maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Research and Development Support: Participate in R&D activities, contributing to the development of new automotive technologies and solutions.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide basic technical assistance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
