Responsibilities & Context:
Marine Electronics Service (MES) is a trading arm of GroupNautika, a Bangladesh-based company that specializes in the Power generation and maritime industry. MES is responsible for dealing with the sales, service and distribution of power generation equipment, industrial compressors, lighting towers, electrical equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
Responsibilities:
Installation & commissioning of diesel & gas Genset.
Making ATS for Genset
Technical troubleshooting, service and repairs of Gensets
Provide technical support to customers at their location.
Provide training to the valued customers.
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
