Responsibilities & Context:
Marine Electronics Service (MES) is a trading arm of GroupNautika, a Bangladesh-based company that specializes in the Power generation and maritime industry. MES is responsible for dealing with the sales, service and distribution of power generation equipment, industrial compressors, lighting towers, electrical equipment, Solar PV system, BESS system etc.
Responsibilities:
Lead & coordinate service team
Installation & commissioning of diesel & gas Genset
Skilled in drawing and creating SLD
Making ATS for Genset
Technical troubleshooting, service and repairs of Gensets
Provide technical support to customers at their location.
Provide training to the valued customers.
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
