Education:
  • Graduation/Post Graduation in CSE, EEE, or relevant field from any reputed university.
  • Candidates with Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification will get preference.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working with enterprise-level server systems and large-scale desktop environments.
  • Dell/HP/Lenovo hardware certifications (as applicable)
  • Attention to detail & ready to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in desktops, all-in-one systems, and servers.

  • Repair/replacement knowledge about all kind of Brands (Like: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, etc).

  • Replace or repair faulty hardware components (motherboards, CPUs, hard drives, memory, etc.).

  • Install, configure, and support desktop, all-in-one, and server systems, ensuring proper system performance.

  • Set up and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server platforms.

  • Knowledge about diagnosis and repair of network issues related to desktop or server systems (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

  • Assist with network installations, including cabling, switches, routers, and other networking devices.

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for clients, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain detailed records of every repairs and services performed in ERP System as well as necessary Call logging file/sheet.

  • Closely work with cross-functional team and other IT engineers, support staff, and management to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, and macOS).

  • Knowledge of RAID configurations, server hardware (e.g., blade, rack-mounted servers), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

  • Regular basis product diagnosis, repair cost share to concern, pending follow up, approval gather, part order & product ready in timely.

  • Daily basis proactively reports to the team leader/Head of department.

  • Ability to quickly identify issues and provide reliable solutions under pressure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
