• Strong communication, client handling, report writing, Microsoft Office proficiency skills.

• Self-motivated, persuasive, good presentation skills, willing to travel.

• Develop new client relationships in telecom operators, ISPs, EPC contractors, Cable TV Operators, Developer Companies, government bodies, and industrial customers.

• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads for the company’s fiber optic cable products.

• Conduct regular client visits to promote fiber optic cable products and gather market insights.

• Follow up with clients for inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.

• Participate in bid preparation and support tender documentation.

• Collect market intelligence data (competitor pricing, new projects, client demand trends).

• Develop and maintain close relationships with mid-level contacts in telecom operators, ISPs, and contractors.

• Assist in developing marketing collateral, technical brochures, and client presentations.

• Contribute to digital campaigns by preparing content and coordinating with design teams.

• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and seminars to represent the company.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues to higher management when needed.
