Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to promote and market our software products. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and help drive customer engagement and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote software products
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and content marketing
Collaborate with the software development and sales teams to understand product features and benefits
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Manage relationships with clients, partners, and external agencies
Participate in trade shows, webinars, and events to promote products
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Five years of marketing experience, especially in the software development and technology sector
Experience in marketing software products or technology solutions is preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and online/digital marketing
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics
Knowledge of software development processes and product features
