• Must have a problem-solving mindset.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, elevators, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building utilities.
• Supervise and maintain all engineering-related works of the building.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Develop and implement scheduled maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and extend the lifespan of building systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests, such as system failures, leaks, or safety hazards, minimizing downtime and ensuring resident safety.
• Ensure all systems and repairs comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
• Prepare reports on system status, repair costs, and recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate effectively with building residents and management regarding maintenance schedules, disruptions, or safety concerns.
• Provide technical support to building staff and occupants.
• Service charge bills received & provided to owners/tenants.
• Utility bill payment.
• Train maintenance personnel or residents on basic system operation and safety procedures.
